I spent most of my time growing up and working outside.
I love to fly- pretty much anything really. Airplanes, hang gliders, paragliders, and sailplanes. I finally broke down and got a 182 to run around in and get in and out of the backcountry strips in Idaho and Montana.
I also like sailing, and recently got some ASA certs taken care of.
I'm at home just about anywhere, and generally hate leaving a place I've traveled to.
I like tinkering with difficult applied science problems, and my career has followed paths that involve a lot of creativity and invention at times. I really like meeting folks who grok that sort of thing- although it is guaranteed to put everyone else to sleep.
